Cody & his team were fantastic. When my daughter found her first place to move out we looked into 2 other companies and they were both booked out almost 3 weeks. Cody & his team were available in short notice, confirmed the night before and showed up to our place right on time. First Response got to work dealing with stairs, tight spaces and moving from both my house & a storage unit into the new place. Some of her furniture was ‘well-loved’ and Cody & his team treated it all with respect and everything made it there safely. What I liked best about First Response is that it was my 19-year old daughters move and they were very conscientious of that. They treated her as a responsible adult, let her make decisions and were very kind. Oh yeah, and when her couch wouldn’t make the corner into her new place, Cody and his team got creative while protecting the furniture, taking off the front door (and then replacing it of course!) and went thru the kitchen around to the living room. I appreciated their creative thinking and respect for property. First Response was well prepared with toolboxes, straps for heavy items, fully masked & a great attitude.
